Remote assistance from one of our experts. Perfect for configuring your email, fixing an app or help with removing a virus.

Service Centre: Health Check
£28.00 inc VAT
Includes operating system appraisal, RAM and storage check, software updates, cache and system files clean-up. This service is a general maintenance session.

Service Centre: Health Check Advanced
£36.00 inc VAT
Includes the standard health check but includes a clean-up and where necessary removal of corrupt/redundant system files, font manager maintenance, appraisal and removal of corrupt start-up items. This is a more thorough check-up and is recommended for computers with serious performance issues.

Site Visit Fees

Cable Connection Kit Rental
£114.00 inc VAT
A cable connection kit which includes a Firewire 800 IEEE 1394b cable, a firewire to thunderbolt adapter, a thunderbolt to USB-C adapter and a thunderbolt cable.  This is product is only available to customers who have ordered an on-site installation of new equipment. A partial refund of £99.00 will be issued if the kit is returned within 30 days of delivery.
